The policy

Fourteen days from your first purchase of any plan: full refund, no questions, no hoops. Email admin@materiallogix.com from your purchase email with the word "refund." Renewals: refundable within fourteen days of the renewal charge if the renewed term is substantially unused.

What happens after

The license key is deactivated. Everything you made remains yours - exports already rendered stay rendered.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first - we are faster than your bank, and a chargeback on an unrequested refund suspends the key while it resolves.
