Acceptable Use and Voice Consent
Effective August 2026 · MaterialLogix Studio is a product of LibraSide Technologies, LLC
This product replicates voices and refines likenesses. That power comes with one non-negotiable rule: consent. This policy is enforced - violation is grounds for immediate license termination.
Voices
- Create voice packs only from: your own voice, a person who has given you informed consent, or audio explicitly licensed for voice replication (e.g., CC0 speech datasets donated for voice technology).
- Never create a pack from scraped audio - interviews, podcasts, videos, streams - regardless of how public it is. Blending multiple unauthorized voices does not launder the inputs.
- Do not replicate the voice of any public figure, or of any private person without consent.
Likenesses
- Identity packs (360° captures) require the subject's informed consent. Consent for a minor requires a parent or guardian.
- Do not use the software to create intimate imagery of any real person without consent, or of minors under any circumstances - the latter is reported to authorities.
Content
- No content designed to deceive - fabricated statements attributed to real people, forged documents, fake reviews, impersonation of organizations.
- No unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content; comply with the policies of platforms you export to.
- Political advertising made with the software must comply with applicable disclosure laws.
Our side of it
The product is built to make the right thing the easy thing: recording flows name the speaker, watermarked previews are identifiable as previews, and provenance fields travel with exports. We refuse feature requests designed for scraping or impersonation.
Reporting misuse
If someone is misusing MaterialLogix Studio - your voice, your face, your work - write to admin@materiallogix.com with links and evidence. We act on it.
